Terms and Conditions – Darby and Her Backpack

By booking a session with Darby and Her Backpack, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Services
Travel Coaching services provide advice-based information intended to offer insight into traveling. Recommendations are based on personal experience and should be used in conjunction with your own research about the country or countries you plan to visit.

2. Personal Responsibility
Travel coaching is a resource to support your travel planning. Clients are responsible for their own decisions and bookings. Darby and Her Backpack is not liable for any choices clients make after sessions or for any outcomes resulting from advice provided during coaching.

3. Payment Policy
Payment is collected in full at the time of booking. For free discovery calls, a credit card is required to secure the appointment, but no payment will be charged. If you would like an invoice, please contact us via email.

4. Confidentiality
Darby and Her Backpack LLC fully protects the privacy and confidentiality of all communications with clients. Coaching sessions will remain confidential unless the client provides written permission to share information.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling
To qualify for a refund, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session. Cancellations within 48 hours of the session will forfeit payment. To reschedule, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate your preferred date. Refunds may take up to two weeks to process.

6. No-Show Policy
Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice will be treated as a cancellation, and payment will not be refunded. A 15-minute grace period is allowed for late arrivals. If you anticipate being late, please notify us by email.

7. Agreement
By booking a session, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
